¿Qué son las heurísticas?

Las heurísticas son ‘atajos mentales’ o reglas de decisión sencillas que utiliza la mente para enfrentar problemas cuando no tiene los recursos para resolverlos con precisión (Kahneman, D. & Tversky, A., 1974).
Atajos mentales para reducir el esfuerzo cognitivo
💡 Estas estrategias acortan el tiempo de toma de decisiones y permiten que las personas funcionen sin tener que detenerse constantemente a pensar en su próximo curso de acción.
💡 Las heurísticas son útiles en muchas situaciones, pero también pueden provocar sesgos cognitivos.
Un ejemplo
Estás en el supermercado para comprar un jabón para ducharse. ¿Qué jabón compras? Podrías comparar muchos atributos de diferentes marcas. Pero, una en particular es la que notas. Esta marca es la que utilizaba tu abuela cuando eras pequeño. Seguramente tendrá que ser un buen producto, pues esta será tu compra final.
Este es un atajo mental en acción: la marca es un vehículo de imagen y valores que nos ayudan a guiar nuestras decisiones, haciéndonos más fácil elegir pensando en la marca en vez de comparar una a una todos los jabones.

Really liked how this was written — it’s the kind of thing you can skim once and still get what the point is. Nothing felt padded out, and the examples didn’t come off like textbook filler. What helped most here was the way everything’s split into small chunks, so you don’t lose the thread when you scroll. Also appreciated that the page doesn’t throw weird formatting at you, so your eyes aren’t constantly hunting for where you left off. The headings and short sections make the site feel easy to move through.

Vào cái là thấy trang bố cục khá gọn, nhìn không bị “ngợp”, lướt xuống một chút là hiểu đại khái nội dung nằm đâu. Mình thích nhất là cách họ chia nội dung thành từng khối rõ ràng nên mắt bắt thông tin nhanh, không phải căng não tìm.
